What do you do when you have hundreds of courgettes that have turned to marrows?! Make chutney 🙂
We tried to leave the chutney to gain flavor for a few months, but five days later, we just couldn’t resist, so yesterday lunch time we had cheese and crackers with a little bit of our homemade chutney.
Along with some homegrown tomatoes.
I could get used to this 🙂
