Last year we made the most amazing Chili Jam, the sad thing about it was that there just wasn’t enough! It only lasted a few months before we had scoffed the lot. Also, we made it using chilis given to us by my manager as we hadn’t grown our own last year.
This year I wanted to make sure we could make our Chili Jam again using our own chillies, so I’ve got myself a selection of Chili and Pepper plants growing in the greenhouse.
I’ve gone for 2 apache chillies, 2 Pepper California and 1 Cayenne Pepper. I’m hoping i’ll be able to make jam with different combinations, to see what works best 🙂
