After having a massive tidy up on the allotment at the weekend I uncovered the rhubarb and found that there were still plenty left. Which got me thinking…was there a way I could catch up with my Great British Bake Off inspired baking and use the rhubarb?!
My first thought was creme brulee! I’ve never made it before and I think I’ve only eaten it once before. As its made with a really creamy custard its like a luxe version of rhubarb and custard.
This was such a nice treat after two days of digging, they’re absolutely delish!
