Last year I ended up with a huge amount of chillis and I had no idea what to do with them. I’d been given them from my mum and my boss, double helpings. I like spicy food, but I knew I wouldn’t make it through of them. I decided chilli jam might be a good way to use them.
The chilli jam went so well, that this year I filled my greenhouse with as many chilli plants as possible. I also used home grown peppers and tomatoes this time!
Can’t wait to start eating this batch. Bring on the cheese and chilli jam toasties!
