Lost and Found Raspberries –

When we took on our allotment we were super excited that it came with raspberry canes already established. They’ve done really well for us this summer too.

Between our plot and our neighbours plot there has been a row of raspberries which has been a bit of a ‘no-mans land’. We had always thought that they belonged to our neighbour, but he knew that they belonged to our plot and surprisingly we’ve not bumped into each other on the plot until now!!! So for the last year or so these unmanaged raspberries had gone a bit crazy.

There were still a few raspberries left which was a nice treat after a day of cutting, wedding and tying the raspberries. My arms looked like I’d been in a fight with a cat when I’d finished, but it was worth it.
